Automatic Renewal: Your Weiss Ratings subscription will renew automatically at the end of the Initial Term for successive Renewal Terms, each equal to the Initial Term, unless you notify us of your decision to cancel or not to renew your subscription, as outlined below in our Cancellation/Termination Policy. As described in the initial subscription process, as part of the Automatic Renewal process the then-applicable subscription term renewal fee will be billed to the credit card you designated during the subscription process (or subsequently changed). As a convenience to its users, Weiss Ratings subscribes to a third party service wherein if your payment details change your credit card provider may provide updated card information. We may use this new information for your future subscription payments ("Account Updater"). However, you will receive a full refund of your renewal subscription fee if you cancel within 30 days of your subscription renewal.
Cancellation/Termination: You may remove the benefit of automatic renewal by notifying our Customer Service Department by telephone at (877) 934-7778 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST. Your cancellation will take effect once you receive a confirmation email from us. The terms of any refunds of fees for Paid Services are provided in the various offers for each product. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of the offer. Basic refund policy: Subscribers may receive a pro-rated refund on the unused balance of their subscription at any time. All cancellations and refund requests must be made via telephone call to the Weiss Ratings customer service center. All such requests for pro-rated refunds will be granted with no additional requirements.
PERSONAL USE LICENSE:
“Personal Use” shall mean Use of the Material for your customary personal purposes. "Personal Use" shall not mean any distribution for commercial purposes whatsoever of the Material or any component or Derivative Work thereof. “Personal Use” shall not include any Use of the Materials Products by persons that are not members of your immediate household. All such household members shall be notified by you as to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and shall agree to be bound by it before they can have Use of the Digital Downloadable Products.
Weiss Ratings grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable license to download, display, view, use and/or play a single copy of the Materials (excluding source and object code in raw form or otherwise, other than as made available to access and use via standard web browsers to enable display on your device) on any device you use to access the Sites for your personal, non-commercial use only; provided that: (a) you keep intact all trademark, copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials or any authorized copy you may make of the Materials; (b) you do not use the Materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services or brands; (c) you make no modifications to the Materials; (d) you do not allow or aid or abet any third party (whether or not for your benefit) to: (i) copy or adapt the source or object code of either Sites' software, HTML, JavaScript or other programming code; or (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, reverse assemble, modify or attempt to discover any source code that the Sites create to generate their web pages or any software or other products or processes accessible through the Sites; and (e) you do not insert any code or product to manipulate the Materials in any way that affects any user's experience of the Sites.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages. These terms will terminate immediately without notice from Weiss Ratings if you, in Weiss Ratings sole discretion, fail to comply with any provision of these terms. Upon termination by you or upon notice of termination by Weiss Ratings, you must destroy promptly all materials obtained from the Service and any copies thereof.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles thereof.
